+1 For this awesome store.

Just wanted to give you guys kudos for being awesome. I've gone in there 3 times with a bunch of basses to try out and they let me play them all without being pushy or anything like that and were happy to let me make my mind up. I'm sure I was a bit of a pain for being picky, but they were still very patient and awesome. So good work to the staff at the Bass Center!

Agreed. Their helpful service encourages a sale without feeling like you're wasting their time for finding what works for you. Some of the bigger "franchise" music stores could take a page out of their book.

I have bought a fair bit there. Love the service and great range.

Never found the staff pushy nor would they try and upsell with good product knowledge.

I think it's important to support good stores or we will end up with none, and then won't be able to try before buy.

Bought a rockbass gig bag yesterday. Easy and worth the drive.

Bought my current GK rig (MBF500,MBE212,MB112) from these guys, and have had a few basses setup by them as well over the years.

They provided nothing less than excellent service, didn't push you into making a decision and were always up for a friendly chat.
