Xotic provintage series

I stumbled upon this new indo line from Xotic - one minute I was getting ready to do some work... then somehow I'm looking at basses.... :banghead: .... yes yes, just another jazz bass ... yes, yes its tort... but me likey anyway!

i'd be keen to try one of these. Whose the Oz distributor/retailer?

I don't think there is one.... this mass produced stuff is new for xotic I think, like the Sadowsky production series that I posted here a few weeks ago. There is mention on the website of different colours still to come

EDIT: I've only played the boutique xotic (Ivan's) and it was killer. I own an indo made yamaha bb1025x, and I've been pleasantly surprised by the build quality. I'd have no issue buying a bass made in indo. I wonder if George at BGD will import these?

Sounds like the final setup and qa is done by Xotic themselves similar to the Lakland Skyline series. The woodwork shouldn't matter too much where it's done.

Plus it's 18mm spacing and 34" scale, not sure about the fretboard radius. Hopefully its big, I like a flattish large radius fretboard.
