You are a better man than I’ll ever be, Pete. Gloss only if ABSOLUTELY requested ...
Totally worth it when you are finished. Once I’ve figured out the most efficient method that works for me I’ll definitely share

Not saying it doesn’t look spectacular, Pete, just not quite as COO as you ;) .

Needs a few things tweaked and I don’t like the string spacing at the nut so I’m going to re-cut it but it’s basically done

I am buying parts for two bass builds so I will get back on track with stuff people might actually be interested in following

I'd love to hear this guitar one day Pete. How does it sound compared to your Larrivee?

I may have to get some advice from you to help me set up my Cole Clark one day.

Cheers.

Sounds a lot bigger and considerably more bottom end response than the larivee. as sensitive as it is I’m surprised it doesn’t mechanical distort when you play hard.

I will find an excuse to come down early next year and I’ll bring it

Stunning Pete. I'd love to see it in the flesh too so yes please bring it with you next time you're down.

the fretless ventured to Church again on Sunday. Sounded great but I really can't get my head around the high C. Played a lot of bum notes which got the drummer giving me a funny look.
... dial in some "J" to angry it up!

Got gear but little talent!

Cut the nut a put a normal 5 string set on it. I did that for the 50’s p it’s tuned b-d. Your bass do what you like to it
