SOLD:BERGANTINO IP112ER & EX112ER

Post by MentalPatient » 08 Dec 2012, 22:44

IP, Intelligent Power by Bergantino, read up on it. If you are reading this you probably already know what these are. Rare. Anyone that has used one of these rigs will tell you of it's effortless mind blowing depth, control and loudness.

The DSP allows these to go lower and louder than any other 12" driver & cabinet combination. Lower and louder safely. This will walk over and demolish any 2 x 12 rig no matter what amp is powering it. Yes, even the Bergantino 2x12's.

1000W of DSP controlled power, 500W @ 8ohms from the IP112ER & 1000W with the EX112ER extension.

The class D power section in the IP112ER has no holes in performance like nearly all of the Class D amp's out there do. This thing was ahead of it's time when made and still is.

Plug your bass straight in with the supplied adapter cable or use the line out xlr from a pre amp.

The adapter cable also lets you plug your amp's 1/4" pre out into the IP112ER if you do not have a dedicated pre amp. Of course the recommended pre amp for this is the Glockenklang Bass Art Classic Pre. Some players out there are running the IP112ER from the Aguilar Tone Hammer stomp box which is an 18 volt job with two 9v batteries, it has huge headroom. Some have been running with the EBS MicroBass II pre and are happy with it even though it's a 9v job. The Glockenklang pre puts it in another world, It's almost as if the IP112ER was designed with the Glockenklang pre in mind, it's such a perfect match, mind blowing, it just can't get any better.

You can also run the EX112ER as a conventional 8 ohm stand alone cabinet from your amp if you are into the sound of a tweeterless 12". The EX112ER is the Extended Range version/update to the stand alone EX112, as if that one did not have enough low end already ! The low end will shock you from this. Imagine that being powered from the IP112ER's DSP .....

Factory covers included.

I purchased this brand new and have looked after it, excellent condition.

Why am I selling ... as you can see in my sig I have the IP310 and the EX112ER has not been getting much use.

What a beautiful rig. It seems like a shame to separate it...
Eleven. Exactly. One louder.
