Re: World Financial Meltdown...

for those relying heavily on purchasing from overseas, this is not a good thing... the AUD has lost ground against the USD, the pound, the Japanese Yen, AND the Euro... It's only a matter of time, but Australia WILL be hit by inflation from all of this...it's unavoidable... buying locally will be OK...

Re: New stuff from Markbass...

Re: Fret Issue...

The partial refret is definitely the first thing on my mind. Just change that one fret. You can easily measure the height of that fret with the butt end of digital calipers. It'll tell you its height in thousands, check the height at a few points on that fret then check the height of the next coupl...

Fret Issue...

My P-bass has an annoying problem... Here's the deal...I've done a fret dress on it, and while the action is seriously better than it was, I still can't get it to the point where my Squier is or even where my former yammy was. NICE!!

while I find the bass truly amazing, the bit that really gets me excited is those pickups!

obviously you're making some sweet humbuckers there (I'm observant, I can tell by the wire colours ;) )

I just love things with wires :)
